Owner & Recruiting Manager

Hi, I’m Taylor, mom of two, owner, and nanny recruiter here at Portland Nanny. I was born and raised in Hawaii, surrounded by a close, supportive village of family who were always there to help. Moving 2,000 miles away to Portland over 10 years ago meant building a new village from scratch, and it reminded me just how essential trustworthy, reliable care truly is.

Before joining Portland Nanny, I spent six years working in senior living as an Office Manager. That experience showed me the impact that compassionate, dependable support can have on individuals and families at every stage of life. Caring for people - whether children or seniors - has always been at the heart of what I do.

I joined Portland Nanny in 2023 and quickly fell in love with the mission and community behind this work. Today, I’m honored to continue the legacy of helping families feel confident, supported, and connected with caregivers who genuinely love what they do.

I’m also deeply passionate about creating an inclusive, uplifting environment for our nannies, whether they’re searching for a long-term family, growing their career, or offering occasional help for date nights or backup care.

My hope is that every parent, nanny, and child who connects with Portland Nanny feels welcomed, supported, and part of a village that truly cares.
