Safety First

  • Thoroughly screened and experienced nannies. All have 2+ years of experience, a national background check, references and vetted through Portland Nanny

  • Secure check-in/check-out with parent or guardian ID

  • Allergy, medical, and emergency information collected in advance

  • Designated childcare spaces (indoor or outdoor)

Simple Guest Registration

  • Parents register children in advance through our system

  • Complimentary guest registration provided for event attendees

Host Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and safe experience, hosts/families are responsible for:

  • Providing a designated childcare space

  • Meals, drinks (bottles, if infant), snacks & diaper items for the children

    Event childcare starts at $500. Pricing is customized based on:

  • Number of children

  • Ages and care needs

  • Duration of care (4 hour minimum)

  • Location and staffing requirements
